Terms of Service
Last updated: 2026-05-20
These Terms of Service govern access to and use of OneMinLit, a literacy practice service that provides short reading, quiz, review, streak, and learning report experiences. By using the service, creating or linking an account, or purchasing a paid product, you agree to these terms.
Service
OneMinLit provides literacy practice and exam-style study flows. The service may generate or display reading passages, quiz questions, explanations, progress summaries, streak status, and learning reports.
The service is designed for practice and learning support. It does not guarantee a particular exam result, language proficiency outcome, school result, employment result, or other external achievement.
Privacy-Minimized Accounts
OneMinLit is designed to minimize personal information collection. You may be able to use some parts of the service as a guest, but paid products require a supported account login so purchased access can be linked, restored, and supported.
When you use a third-party login provider such as Apple or Google, OneMinLit uses the login result to authenticate and identify the account relationship. OneMinLit does not store third-party login profile details such as profile name, profile image, or public profile text on its server.
The service may process account identifiers, session identifiers, device-local preferences, learning progress, and purchase-related records needed to operate the service. The Privacy Policy provides additional detail about data handling.
Paid Products
OneMinLit may offer both subscription products and one-time passes.
Subscription products provide paid access for the subscription period shown at purchase. Unless the purchase screen or store policy says otherwise, subscriptions renew automatically through the store or payment provider used for purchase until canceled through that same store or payment provider.
One-time passes provide paid access or usage rights described on the purchase screen. A pass may be limited by time, quantity, course, feature, or other conditions shown before purchase.
Paid products are available only when you are logged in with a supported account. Guest sessions cannot be used as the durable owner of a paid product.
Purchase Records
OneMinLit records purchase information only as needed to provide and support paid access. This may include product identifiers, transaction identifiers or purchase tokens, store or payment-provider information, purchase status, expiration status, refund or revocation status, and the account or session needed to restore purchases.
Purchase records are used to grant access, restore purchases, prevent duplicate entitlement errors, investigate payment or access issues, and handle customer support. OneMinLit does not use third-party login profile details as the basis for purchase ownership.
Account Binding and Non-Transfer
Purchases are bound to the account used at the time of purchase. A subscription or one-time pass purchased under one account cannot be transferred, assigned, shared, merged, or moved to a different account, except where required by applicable law or mandatory store policy.
If you use multiple Apple, Google, or other supported login accounts, each login account may be treated as a separate OneMinLit account. Purchases made from a different account may not be visible or restorable from the account currently signed in.
You are responsible for confirming that you are signed in with the intended account before purchasing.
Cancellation, Renewal, and Refunds
Subscription cancellation, renewal management, billing changes, and refund requests are handled through the store or payment provider used for the purchase, such as the Apple App Store or Google Play, unless OneMinLit clearly offers a separate direct payment method.
Canceling a subscription stops future renewal according to the applicable store or payment-provider rules. It may not automatically refund past charges or immediately remove access already paid for, unless the applicable store, payment provider, law, or purchase terms require a different result.
If a purchase is refunded, reversed, charged back, revoked, or otherwise invalidated, OneMinLit may remove or adjust the related paid access.
Acceptable Use
You must not misuse the service, interfere with the app or backend, attempt unauthorized access, abuse purchase restoration or support flows, submit unlawful or abusive content, scrape non-public service data, or use the service in a way that harms other users, the service, or payment systems.
Availability and Changes
OneMinLit may change, suspend, or discontinue features, content, supported languages, paid product names, prices, access rules, or availability. Material changes to these terms should be reflected by updating this document and serving the updated version through the public legal document API.
Contact and Support
For purchase restoration, access issues, or other customer support requests, contact OneMinLit through the support channel provided in the app or store listing. Support may require purchase records or account identifiers sufficient to verify the request.
